Access Powerpay from other countries

Powerpay can be accessed from many countries outside of Canada. To confirm there will be no interruption of service, contact your Customer Support Team prior to your departure.

Should an access issue arise while out of country, and having another user access Powerpay within North America or using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) service are not viable options, contact your Customer Support Team and include:

  • your payroll number

  • the country you require access from

  • the dates you require Powerpay access from this country.

  • a screenshot of the error message including the IP address and reference number of the error.
