Create an HR report
Before you can create an HR Report, the information that you want to report on must have been entered into Powerpay and saved.
Use this window to:
- Select the type of HR report to create.
- Preview the report in HTML.
- View the report in PDF or a spreadsheet format.
- Customize the report sort options.
- Export the report with supplemental data to a spreadsheet.
Note: To display reports in PDF format requires Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer.
To select the HR Report to work with:
- Open the
- From the list in the Select A Report field, select the type of HR report to create.

Click Go.
A preview of the selected report displays.
Note: The generated reports display employees based on your payroll's current filter option. To change your filter option, click on the Sort/Filter link in the Report Selection section.
