Customer away for scheduled payroll run

Dayforce can offer the following alternatives when you're away for your scheduled payroll run:

  • Log on to Powerpay from anywhere with high-speed internet access to process your payroll.
  • Call your payroll in to your Customer Support Team. This service has an additional charge.
  • Provide an alternate delivery address if you are able to submit the payroll, but will not be at your location to accept the delivery.
  • Run payroll early. See Processing a payroll early for items to consider.
  • Add a back-up user to process payroll in your absence. See Adding a User.

Warning: We do not recommend sharing your Powerpay logon information as it is best to set-up another User ID and password for anyone processing payroll on your behalf. In addition, should a user lock themselves out using someone else's logon information, for security and privacy reasons, we cannot enable them so they can process the payroll.
