Enable a user

The Enable User function is only available when more than one user is attached to a payroll. If you do not have more than one user, contact your Customer Support Team for assistance.

To re-enable a user, they must previously have been granted access to Powerpay. To set up a new user, refer to Add a new Powerpay user.

Note: The enable/disable functionality is payroll specific. To enable or disable a user from multiple payrolls, the process must be completed for each payroll.
