Move employees from one payroll account to another

To move select employees from one payroll account to another, terminate and produce a Record of Employment (ROE) for the employee on the existing account then add them as a new employee on the second account. The regular new employee and ROE charge will apply.

To move all employees from one account to another:

  1. Click the Exchange icon in the Powerpay toolbar.

  2. Select Service Requests.

  1. Select Transferring Employees to a New Account.

  1. Click Contact Us.

  2. Complete the form and click Send.
