Post-dating submission of payroll
Post-dating submission of payrolls to future run dates is not an available option in our products.
Other options available to you are:
- Process your payroll in advance with the desired future date as the cheque date. We will not debit your account any sooner than usual.
- Change the delivery address for the package on a one-time basis. Contact your Customer Support Team to record this request.
- Add another user/contact to process the pay for that run. See Add a new Powerpay user.
Note: If the person you instruct to process the pay for you is not added as an authorized user or contact, we won’t be able to help them if they require assistance or have delivery issues, etc.
