Auditor Reports

Dayforce's Due Diligence Portal is a central location where customers and prospects can find information about Dayforce’s security and privacy programs.

If your organization is being audited, the auditor may request a report that includes information about Dayforce's privacy and security policies to protect customer data. Common requests include:

  • a SOC report (System and Organization Controls report).  

  • a Bridge letter

  • proof that Dayforce is ISO certified

These reports are available by request.

Tasks

  1. Access the Dayforce Due Diligence Portal.

  2. Click New User Access.

  3. Complete the form.

    Enter the email address of your Sales or Customer Representative. If you don’t have this information, enter [email protected] in this field.

  4. Click Send.

    A welcome email confirming your approved access will be received within 1-2 business days.

  5. When access is confirmed, log into the portal and complete the steps for a returning user.

    Tip: Accountants and Bookkeepers can be granted access to this portal. The same steps apply.

  1. Access the DayforceDue Diligence Portal.

  2. Enter your email address and password.

    Tip: If you are having trouble accessing the site, click Forgot Password?. On the next page, enter your email address and click Send Recovery Email. You will receive a password reset email. If the email is not received, check your junk or spam folder prior to contacting Dayforce. Once your password is reset, return to step 1.

  3. Click Login.

    The Home page displays the most requested documents for quick access.

  4. If the report you want displays on the home page, select the individual report or use Add to cart to select multiple reports to download.

  5. If the report you want does not display, use the filter or search features.

    Tip: To remove a selected report from the cart, click the trash can icon.

Note: The reports located in this site are generic reports based on fixed dates.
