I received a RL-1 Summary in the mail from Revenu Quebec - why?

Even though Dayforce files your RL-1 information electronically, you are still required to submit this Summary to Revenu Quebec. Revenu Quebec automatically sends a blank form to all employers who have a registered Quebec Provincial taxation number.
