Second payment options for garnishments
For a Regular payroll run, use the Powerpay automatically deducts the garnishment from the employee’s Second Payment on that payroll run, provided that the minimum subsistence rules allow for that garnishment to be deducted. If a specific employee’s garnishment is not to be deducted on that employee’s Second Payment, you can enter a one-time ‘0’ dollar amount for that garnishment.
