Resend the Powerpay log on email
When a new user is added to your Powerpay account on the valid for 24 hours) to access Powerpay.
in Powerpay, a welcome email is sent to the user with their User ID and a link (In some instances, the user may not receive the email and will be unable to log in to Powerpay. An example of such a situation would be if an incorrect user email address was entered on the User & Contact Management page.
Powerpay includes an option to resend the User ID and Reset Password to the user only if the user has never logged in to Powerpay. The Resend Email functionality is not available to users who have already logged in to Powerpay.
To finish the new user setup, the new user must complete the process of creating a password.
Important: The 7-character Company Number for your payroll is required to complete the process. You must provide this number to your contact for them to successfully complete the process.
Tasks

- Open the

Click the Edit button next to the User ID of the user who should receive the email.
- Edit the Contact Information as required and ensure that the user’s email address is correct.
- Click Submit.

Click Accept.
Powerpay displays the following message:
Would you like to resend the “Welcome to Powerpay” E-Mail?

Click OK to resend the email.
Powerpay sends a Welcome to Powerpay email to the user with a new reset password.
