Indicia (direct mailing)

Indicia is an alternate delivery solution that allows employee pay statements to be separated from the payroll package and mailed directly to the employee's address through Canada Post. When Indicia is set up, it will place a prepaid postage Indicia on sealed cheques and EFTs, including third-party payments, so that Dayforce can mail these on your behalf.

To request direct mailing, you must first be set up with the self-sealers and it is strongly recommended that your employees be set up with direct deposit as tracing a lost cheque or EFT statement delivered through regular mail is not possible.

Indicia is also available for tax forms.
