Change payroll frequency

To initiate a request to change the payroll frequency for your payroll:

1. Click the Exchange icon in the Powerpay toolbar.

2. Select Service Requests.

3. Select Frequency Changes.

4. Click Contact Us.

5. Complete the form and click Send.

   A Dayforce representative will contact you.
