Engaging CRA

Dayforce is not permitted to perform certain actions with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). These actions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Transferring employees between CRA business numbers and carrying year-to-date amounts
  • Requesting a remittance transfer after funds have been remitted
  • Business number changes when it is past the effective date
  • Tracing unknown amounts seen on PD7A

Dayforce can assist with some of these tasks provided CRA has a completed AUT-01 Authorize a Representative for Offline Access form on file for each business number impacted. To determine if your situation requires the form, contact your Customer Support Team.
