Gross pay, net pay and rate – limits and warnings
Powerpay includes both a warning and limit feature for gross pay, net pay and rates as a security measure to ensure unreasonably high payments are not entered or paid in error.
To change a limit warning, contact your Customer Support Team. The change can be permanent or on a one-time basis however, to minimize processing fees a permanent change is recommended. Changes on a one-time basis require you to contact your Customer Support Team to reset the limit back to the original amount.
To have your payroll held for processing and ensure your limit increase is entered before your payroll is processed, contact your Customer Support Team.
