Select Users to Receive Employment Verification Letter Notifications

You can control which users receive employment verification letter notifications in their Powerpay Inbox. At least one user must be set up to receive employment verification letter notifications when this functionality is enabled on the Self Service Options page.Closed From the Company menu, select Self Service > Self Service Options.

To enable employment verification letter notifications for a Powerpay user:

  1. Navigate to the User & Contact Mgmt page.Closed From the Company menu, select User & Contact Mgmt.
  2. In the list of users, click the Edit link in the row for the user to receive employment verification letter notifications.

    The Contact Information section displays.

  3. In the Self Service Notifications section select the Employment Verification Letter checkbox.

    Note: At least one user must be set up to receive Employment Verification Letter notifications when this functionality is enabled on the Self Service Options page.Closed From the Company menu, select Self Service > Self Service Options.
    Note: Notifications are based on Role Based Security restrictions if enabled.
  4. Click Submit.
