Set up third-party payments for RSP plans

Third-party payments can only be set up for group plans - not individual contributions.

  • To set up a new group RSP plan, contact your preferred vendor.

    For a list of some of the vendors partnered with Dayforce, access the Powerpay Exchange site by clicking on the Exchange icon in the Powerpay toolbar and selecting Powerpay Partners.

    • To set up with one of the vendors displayed, select the vendor, click Contact Us and complete the form.

    • If your preferred vendor is not displayed, contact the vendor directly.

  • To modify an existing RSP plan partnered with Dayforce, contact your RSP provider.

  • To make changes to an RSP plan not partnered with Dayforce, complete the Deduction and Contribution Code Request form.

Your Powerpay Customer Support Team will notify you when the code set-up or modification is complete. Service fees apply.

Note: Enter changes to an employee’s deduction or contribution amount directly in Powerpay.

Note: Dayforce can automatically remit to some financial institutions or insurance companies. In these scenarios, the RSP provider partnered with Dayforce will contact the Dayforce Benefits Team to provide the set up instructions for a new plan enrollment or a plan change. Your Powerpay Customer Support Team will notify you when the code set-up or modification is complete.
