Suppress employee addresses on pay statements

Although Labour Standards legislation can require the display of the employer address on a pay statement, there is not a legislative requirement to display employee addresses.

Employee addresses cannot be suppressed from tax forms, as they must reflect both the employer and employee address.

To suppress the employee address from the pay statements, please contact your Customer Support Team.

Note: This option is only available for pressure sealed pay statement forms.
