Change employee address

If you have Powerpay Self Service, and you have set the address fields to be editable in Self Service, your employees can update their addresses on their own in Self Service. To make the field editable to employees in Self Service, see Manage field access for employee data entry in Self Service.

For payrolls without Powerpay Self Service, enter the new address in Powerpay.

  1. Click the Pay Period menu and click the Enter button for the pay period you want to work with.

  2. Navigate to the Employee Profile page.Closed From the Payroll menu, select Hire/Profile > Employee Profile.
  3. Select the employee from the Employee List.
  4. Go to the Address Information section.
  5. Enter the employee's new address.
  6. Click Save.
