Check delivery status
Tracing a payroll package delivered by Purolator is easy.

Retrieve the 12-digit alpha/numeric Purolator PIN (barcode) located on the cover page of the payroll reports package.

Go to the

Select Payroll Reports Cover Page.

Click View.

Go to the Purolator website (www.purolator.com).

Enter the Purolator PIN number.

Click Track. The tracking results display.
If the website cannot trace your package, reconfirm the PIN number entered matches the number on the cover page.
If the message advises to contact the courier company or does not state 'On vehicle for delivery' or 'On track for delivery', contact your Service Delivery Team to initiate a case to our Delivery Solutions Support Team. Upon receipt, an update should be available within 2 hours.
Tip: In December, if tax forms are produced on the same run as a regular or extra run, the primary cover page displays “Purolator Validation Error – Print Barcode from ESS System”. To retrieve the Purolator PIN, go to the Select Tax form Cover Page and click View.
Note: Purolator Courier has until 5:00 PM (local time) to have the package delivered, unless you have specifically requested an upgrade to an earlier guaranteed delivery time (9:00 AM or 10:30 AM) for an additional charge.
