Change employee address

If you have Powerpay Self Service, and you have set the address fields to be editable in Self Service, your employees can update their addresses on their own in Self Service. To make the field editable to employees in Self Service, see Manage field access for employee data entry in Self Service.

For payrolls without Powerpay Self Service, enter the new address in Powerpay.

  1. Navigate to the Profile tab.Closed From the People menu, select People List > Profile tab.
  2. Select the person to update from the People List.
  3. Go to the Contact Information section.
  4. Enter the employee's new address.
  5. Click Save.
