WCB assessable earnings

WCB Assessable Earnings are set each year and differ depending on the province. Click here to access the information.

To view the WCB assessable earnings on a payroll:

1. Go to the Payroll Reports page. From the Reports menu, select Payroll Reports.

2. In the Standard Reports Package, view the Payroll Register Summary.

   Below the Deduction Cheques Issued on Your Behalf section, you will see the WCB Earnings.

   Assessable earnings appear to the right of the applicable province code and the value is based on how your earning codes are set up in our system. For concerns about the amount, contact your Customer Support Team to review the code set-ups to confirm they are correct.

In your Year-End Balancing Report on the T4/T4A Employee Totals page. To access the report, go to the Payroll Reports page. From the Reports menu, select Payroll Reports.
