ROE SAT not received by Service Canada - Troubleshooting

If Service Canada advises they did not receive an ROE, confirm if the ROE generated with the production run the ROE was requested.

  1. Go to the Payroll Reports page.Closed From the Reports menu, select Payroll Reports.

  2. Open the ROE form section and review the Payroll Run on which the ROE was requested.

  3. Search for the employee in question.

    If an ROE does not display, see ROE not produced - Troubleshooting .

    If an ROE displays, confirm the employee's SIN is correct.

    1. Click the Pay Period menu and click the Enter button for the pay period you want to work with.
    2. Navigate to the Compensation tab.Closed From the People menu, select People List > Compensation.
    3. Select the employee from the list.
    4. Confirm with your employee that the SIN is accurate.
      • If the SIN is not accurate,
        1. Update the SIN.
        2. Click Save.
        3. Create an amended ROE.
      • If the SIN is accurate, further investigation is required. Contact your Customer Support Team.
