Employee cannot request time off for a future year

If the entitlement is not set up to allow a negative balance, your employees are unable to request time off for an amount that exceeds the current balance.

• If no employees have requested time for this entitlement type, you can modify the set up to allow employees to exceed their balance.

• If any employee has been granted time off for this entitlement type, you must set up a new custom entitlement that allows employees to exceed their balance.
