1. Go to https://clients.powerpay.ca/selfservice/login.

2. Click the Forgot your username link.

3. Enter your email address associated with your Self Service account.

4. Click Submit.

   When your account is validated, you will receive an email with your username.

5. Log in to your self service account as usual with your username and password.
