Click the Forgot your password? link.

Enter your username.

Click Submit.
When your account is validated, you will receive an email with a link to complete the password reset process.

Click the password reset link right away because this option expires after 15 minutes.
Tip: If you do not receive this email right away, check your junk email folder.

You'll be asked to answer your Personal Verification Questions to confirm it's your account. Answer the questions and click Submit.

At the change password prompt, enter a new password.

Click Save.
A “Your password has been updated” message shows.

Click Continue to log into Powerpay Self Service with your new password.

Enter your username and password.

Click Login.
