Change your security questions

Use the Security page.Closed From the Profile menu, select Security. Security Questions to select, answer and update your security questions. Security Questions are used for password retrieval, reset and sign-in verification.

Safeguarding your username, password and Online Identity is crucial to protecting your information. Suitable caution must be exercised in setting up Security Questions and answers. It is absolutely vital to keep your Security Questions and answers confidential. Choose questions with answers that you can easily remember, but ones that are difficult to guess and known only by you. Never write down or share this information with anyone. We do not recommend questions with answers that can be found in your wallet, purse or at the desk by your computer. Avoid questions asking for information that is available to the public or easily guessed.

The first time you log into Dayforce Powerpay Self Service, you are required to select six unique Security Questions, each with its own unique answer.

  1. Go to the Security page.Closed From the Profile menu, select Security.

  2. Select a unique security question from the drop-down list, and enter the corresponding answer.

  3. Repeat for all questions as required.

  4. Click Save.
