Your employer has reset your password

Your employer has requested a password reset (1.21)

If your Employer has reset your password you will receive a one-time password reset link valid for 24 hours of being sent.

  1. Open the Reset Password email and click the link below “Here is your one-time password reset link”.

  2. You'll be asked to answer your Personal Verification Questions to confirm it's your account. Answer the questions and click Submit.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. At the change password prompt enter a new password.

  5. Click Save.

    A “Your password has been updated” message shows.

  6. Click Continue to log into Powerpay Self Service with your new password.

  7. Enter your username and password.

  8. Click Login.
