Employee has multiple tax forms

The Year-End Report may show employees with multiple tax forms.

This is valid when:

  • you have multiple business numbers and the employee has earnings reported to the full-time number and the part-time number

  • the employee worked in multiple provinces

This is invalid when:

  • An employee was set up in the wrong province

  • An employee was set up under the wrong business number

If an employee has values reporting to the wrong business number or wrong province, complete the Year-End Adjustment Spreadsheet. Email your request to [email protected]. To locate the spreadsheet, click here.  For instructions to complete the spreadsheet, click here.
