Self Service

Powerpay Self Service is a tool that allows employees to view their Payroll and Human Resource information at any time, including address, contact and banking information, emergency contacts, pay statements and tax forms.

Self-service functionality is only available to payrolls set up with Powerpay Self Service. To request this feature:

  1. Click the Exchange icon in the Powerpay toolbar.

  2. Select Powerpay Products.

  1. Select Powerpay Self Service.

  1. Click Contact Us.

  2. Complete the form and click Send.

    A Dayforce representative will contact you.

Service fees apply.

Prerequisites

  • You must be approved for direct deposits and cannot be using Distributed Delivery.
  • Employees must have a valid email address in Powerpay to set up Powerpay Self Service.
