The following reports are available by request. Complete the form, attach any required documents, and submit your request. Service fees may apply. You will be contacted within 7-10 business days to clarify any questions we have about your request and confirm any service fees before we process your request.

Key information: Includes your choice of specific employee register details such as Earnings, Deductions, Employer Contributions and Employee Profile information.
Note: Reports can only be generated for data less than 18 months old from the current date.
Format: Microsoft® Excel
Frequency: One time request, each pay period, monthly, or other
Available: In the Powerpay reports view, with the regular pay period reports, after the payroll processes.

Complete the Employee Level Payroll Information Report Request form.

Key information: Used by accountants/bookkeepers the Journal Entry is a report that can be produced to record the compensation paid to employees. This report displays the distribution of employer payroll expenses related to employees who may work in various departments during the pay period.
Format: Microsoft® Excel, PDF, CSV or G/L Export
Frequency: Each pay period, or monthly
Available: In the Powerpay reports view, with the regular pay period reports, after the payroll processes.

Request report:

Complete the Journal Entry Report Questionnaire.

Attach any required documents.

Key information: Displays the Insurable Hours and Earnings for each employee by pay period for current and previous calendar year, to a maximum of 53 pay periods. Request this report when:

you need to have access to a PDF copy of your EI History at all times
-
you don’t want to search employee by employee to view history in Powerpay
-
you have to process your own ROEs.
Format: PDF
Frequency: One time request or each pay period.
Available: In the Powerpay reports view, with the regular pay period reports, after the payroll processes (when requested each pay period).

Key information: The Excel Register contains the employee information from the PDF Payroll Register in Excel format.
Format: Microsoft® Excel
Frequency: Each pay period.
Available: In the Powerpay reports view, with the regular pay period reports, after the payroll processes.
Note: This report cannot be provided retroactively.

Key information: Includes totals for WCB assessable earnings and may include the WCB rate and calculated premiums (if set up on the payroll).
