If your payroll has Distributed Delivery as well as Direct Deposit functionality turned on, Powerpay displays three options:

• Do not cancel all Direct Deposits for this payroll run
• Cancel all direct Deposits (all employees will be paid by cheque) and deliver the cheques to the primary location of: (description of location) for this payroll run.
• Cancel all Direct Deposits (all employees will be paid by cheque) and deliver the cheques to the delivery location as specified on the Hire/Profile screen for this payroll run.

If your account has Distributed Delivery functionality turned on but no Direct Deposit functionality enabled, Powerpay replaces the Cancel all Direct Deposits for this payroll run option with Deliver all pay statements to the Primary location of: (description of location) for this payroll run only.
