Step 4. Set Up Permanent Rates, Factors, and/or Earnings (Optional)...Continued

What do I do once I get there?

1. Select the first applicable employee from the Employee List on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Enter any Permanent Rates, Factors or Earnings into the appropriate fields.
3. Click the Save button when you're done.
4. Repeat this procedure for every employee.

When you enter the Employee Timesheet Screen (Regular or Second Payment) for the employee, both the description and corresponding rate or factor for the 5 hours types (in this example, Midnight Rate, Hazard Rate, Evening Rate, Yard Work and Jury Duty) displays in the drop-down list box in the Hours section.

The same descriptions will also display in the Hours section of the Manual and Reversal Screens.
