How do I get there, and what does the screen look like? |
 Click on the Log Off tab. The Log Off screen is the default screen for this tab and will appear automatically. When you are ready to log off, click the Log off button. |
Logging Off for the First TimeIf you have not yet entered your six Personal Verification Questions and Answers, clicking the Log Off tab will cause Powerpay to automatically jump to the User & Contact Management screen to complete them. It is vital that these are completed as soon as possible, since you will NOT be able to retrieve your own password or security image without them. |
