To protect your payroll information, please follow these rules when choosing a new password:
- Passwords must be 8 to 14 characters in length.
- They must include at least one number which is within the password (not the first or last character).
- They must include at least one capital letter.
- They must include at least one lower-case letter.
- The must NOT contain blank spaces.
- They must NOT include any "reserved" words such as:
Ceridian, Powerpay, PAY, PP, CCL, Insync, Micropay, Paie, Power, or Micro.
- A new password must be different from any password used within the past 12 months.
- It cannot have more than two identical, consecutive characters.
- A password cannot include your User ID.
