What is a Pre-Authorized Debit Form?

A pre-authorized debit (PAD) form authorizes Ceridian to debit your bank account for payroll services and payroll charges (including service fees).

Why do I have to do this?

In order for Ceridian to set up pre authorized debit for your payroll this form must be completed. If you have pre authorized debit and your business' banking information changes, you will be required to fill out a Change of Banking form.
