For all Dayforce inquiries regarding logging in, or questions about your payroll, earning statements, timecards, employee self-service and tax forms, please contact your current or former employer’s HR/Payroll department for assistance.
Powerpay Self Service Application
To log in to the Powerpay self service application on desktop, visit https://clients.powerpay.ca/selfservice/login. You will need your Employee Number to log in for the first time.

Call 1-866-398-2572 for support with Powerpay. Support in French is available at 1-866-538-8702. Please use our IVR system at 1-800-667-7867 if you are looking for the following:
- transmission status
- payroll total information
- or to put a stop payment on a cheque or direct deposit.
Dayforce's toll-free 1-800 telephone system lets you complete all such payroll transactions at your convenience. You can access the system 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
